What’s better than a Father’s Day BBQ? To celebrate this Father’s day I will be making one of Duane’s favorite BBQ recipes: “Grilled Kurobuta Pork Chops”.
This dish is the perfect father’s day meal and such a hit with the family. I enjoy pairing it with fresh in season corn on the cob and a fresh tossed salad. ✨👩🍳

Ingredients
- 2 ea, 2-inch thick cut Kurobuta Pork Chops (bone in)
- Pork spice rub (tanndori glory)
- 2 Corn Cobs with husk
- 2 Heads of Little Gem Lettuce, chopped
- 1 Pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 Orange Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 Cucumber, diced
- 1/2 Cup Pistachios, roughly chopped
- 5 ea, Strawberries or Cherries, diced
- Goat’s Cheese Crumbles, to Finish
- Champagne Vinaigrette, to Taste
Preparation
- Cover the pork chops with the spice rub of your choice. I enjoy using “Tanndori Glory”.
- Grill them over medium heat for 6 minutes, each side, until they are light pink in the center.
- Grill the corn, with husk on, or boil for 6 minutes in water with a pinch of salt and olive oil.
- For the tossed salad, mix a little of gem lettuce, your halved cherry tomatoes, diced orange bell peppers, diced cucumbers, crushed pistachios, a few diced strawberries or cherries and top with goat cheese. Serve with champagne vinaigrette.
