Chicken, probably the most versatile meat, can also become the most used and even the most dreaded. If you find yourself cooking chicken breast after chicken breast on the weeknights, change up your flavors with some new and exciting marinades!
Below are four quick and easy marinades that you can place in the fridge between 2 and 24 hours before dinner or even in the freezer a week before in order to let the chicken absorb as much flavor and tenderness as possible. Each marinade will serve two people and recommends 1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
